Refund policy

Returns Policy for Sunshine Swim Club

We hope you love your purchase but if you have changed your mind, no problem - we accept a return within 14 days of the order arriving with you. 

We only accept items that are:

• New and unused with ALL tags and hygiene label intact - Items will be inspected and if they meet the criteria they will be accepted. 
• Item must be returned in the original Sunshine Swim Club packaging. 
  

If your returns is accepted, you will receive a full refund. Refunds can take up to 10 working days. 

Please note we do not currently provide exchanges. 

Please remember to keep hold of postage receipt in the rare case of your returns getting lost in transit. 

Returns will be at the customers expense.
